Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Peach Tattoo Supply. To ensure the health and safety of our community, we have established the following policy regarding returns and refunds:

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return.

2. Hygiene & Safety Requirements (Strictly Enforced)

Due to the sterile nature of tattoo needles and the risk of cross-contamination, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Sealed & Original State: Tattoo needles and cartridges must be in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Any product where the sterile blister pack or box seal has been broken, tampered with, or used is not eligible for a return or refund due to health and safety regulations.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you notice a manufacturing defect:

  • Please contact us at peachtattoosupply@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged items.

  • We will provide a full refund or a free replacement for confirmed defective products.

4. Return Process

  1. Request: Email peachtattoosupply@gmail.com to initiate your return.

  2. Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return shipping address.

  3. Shipping: Items must be packed securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Fees and Costs

  • Customer Responsibility (Change of Mind): The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs if the return is due to a change of heart or ordering the wrong size/specification.
  • Merchant Responsibility (Defective or Incorrect Items):  If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), Peach will cover all return shipping costs and any replacement shipping fees.
  • No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns. The internal costs of inspection and re-processing are fully absorbed by us to ensure a seamless experience for our supporters.

6. Refund Issuance

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Credit: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
